Interior design residential/commercial
- Brief from client
- Liaising with the architect throughout the design phase
- Internal drawings including tweaking of layouts, floor plans of all rooms/areas (the drawings will need to be supplied as dwg files from the architect)
- 'Electrical and lighting plans for the all rooms/areas
- Sample boards showing all finishes to be used throughout the project
- Joinery design of all rooms/areas (including kitchens, vanities, wardrobes, entertainment units)
- Joinery finishes of all the rooms/areas (including kitchens, vanities, wardrobes, entertainment units)
- Lighting design and lighting specifications for all the rooms//areas

- Wall specifications whether it be paint colours, wallpaper, panelling for all the rooms/areas
- Sourcing of all pc items (including sinks, taps, dishwasher, fridge, bath, basin, toilets, basin mixer, shower heads and all accessories)
